Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at the Airport, you will meet with our representative holding a sign board written your name. Depending on your arrival time, you will be welcomed with hot coffee/chocolate served with some delicious snacks before heading to your Hotel in Arusha town for dinner and relaxation followed by a short briefing on an exciting adventure that lies ahead!
Day 2: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park
Following a hearty breakfast at the Hotel, prepare yourself to be amazed. It’s almost three hours drive to the Lake Manyara and this ride will take you through the farming and market town of Mto Wa Mbu where souvenir lovers can practice their bartering skills with the local people.
After all formalities at the main gate, you will enter Lake Manyara National Park where photographers are in for a real treat! The Park boasting magnificent wild animals including the world-famous tree resting lions, thousands of brightly colored flamingos, and the largest baboon troops in Africa. Witness the sun setting over the Great Rift Valley as a day comes to an end, leave one feeling deeply fulfilled.
Thereafter your day is done, you’ll drive to nearby Lodge to Lake Eyasi to overnight in preparation for the next day’s cultural adventures.
Day 3: Lake Eyasi
Your day starts with the dawn, as you’ll be joining the Hadzabe on their dawn hunt, the Hadzabe live today much as they stay true to their tribal history for centuries, with their hunter-gatherer lifestyle a reflection of how we all once lived.
You’ll join the hunters for a hunting demonstration as they use different tactics such as mimicking animal cries and movements to lure in their prey before taking it down with homemade poisons. Additionally, you’ll also see how the women of this tribe gather fruits, vegetables, and herbs for breakfast, this is a once in a lifetime cultural experience.
Day 4: Lake Eyasi - Ngorongoro Crater
After a delicious breakfast at the Lodge, a scenic drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area starts. The drive to the fascinating Crater is an experience in itself, as you’ll wind your way through mist-shrouded rainforests where troops of baboons, cape buffalo, and gentle giants, elephants can be spotted wandering through the thick undergrowth. You’ll also stop at the Ngorongoro Crater Viewpoint for a stunning panoramic view of the crater floor dappled with clouds.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, start to drive down towards the Serengeti. Along the way you’ll enjoy two unique cultural activities: visiting Maasai Bomas and Olduvai Gorge.
Paying a visit at traditional Maasai boma, offers you the chance to meet local Maasai people. Step inside to see how they live, witness traditional dancing, and wander around their village learning about how they live on a daily basis.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Upon arrival at the Airport, you will meet with our representative holding a sign board written your name. Depending on your arrival time, you will be welcomed with hot coffee/chocolate served with some delicious snacks before heading to your Hotel in Arusha town for dinner and relaxation followed by a short briefing on an exciting adventure that lies ahead!
Day 7: Serengeti National Park - Arusha Town
Upon arrival at the Airport, you will meet with our representative holding a sign board written your name. Depending on your arrival time, you will be welcomed with hot coffee/chocolate served with some delicious snacks before heading to your Hotel in Arusha town for dinner and relaxation followed by a short briefing on an exciting adventure that lies ahead!
Day 8: Transfer to the Airport
After a delicious breakfast at the Hotel, start drive to the Airport to catch the flight back home. Depending on your flight time, you may have the chance to visit some gift shop in Arusha Town. End of our Services.
